Gradus InPro 3400 Dual Rail combines a handrail and wall guard linked together with a specialist bracket to provide an ideal solution for environments where pedestrian support is required in addition to protection against severe impact.
3400 Dual Rail has been designed to meet the specific needs of healthcare environments, meeting the guidance set out in the Department of Health Estates & Facilities Division: Core Elements - Health Building Note 00-04 (see the Gradus Wall protection Catalogue for further details).
The handrail and wall guard have impact resistant, replaceable, PVC-u covers that are through-coloured to conceal the effects of impact and abrasion. In addition, the wall guard element is textured to again disguise the effects of damage whilst the handrail is a smooth finish to meet the requirements of HBN 00-04.
Available in 30 colours, the wide choice offers the flexibility to contrast the wall guard from the handrail, and the handrail from the wall, to help meet guidelines in BS8300:2009+A1:2010 and Approved Documents M & K (ADM & ADK) of The Building Regulations 2000.
Dual Rail is ideal for use in hospitals, clinics, nursing/care homes, schools, airports, train stations and bus terminals
